Privacy

What stays on your device

• Your designs. Models are generated by a CAD engine running inside your browser. The text, settings and shapes you choose are not sent to us.
• Uploaded images. When you upload an SVG, PNG or JPG, it is traced into outlines on your device. The file is never uploaded to a server.
• Saved designs. “Save design” stores the design (including any uploaded image outlines) in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB). It isn't synced anywhere, and clearing your browser data deletes it.
• Your printer choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so the size check stays set.

Share links

A share link contains your design settings (for example the name on a keychain) in the address itself. Anyone you send it to can see those settings, and like any web address it may appear in that person's browser history. Uploaded images are never put in share links.

What our providers see

• Hosting (Vercel). Like every website host, Vercel receives standard request information — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — in order to deliver the site, and keeps short-lived logs for security and reliability.
• Domain name system (Cloudflare). Cloudflare answers DNS lookups for layerista.com. Site traffic is not routed through Cloudflare.

The site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images: everything is served from layerista.com.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We don't set cookies, run advertising, or use tracking analytics. If we add analytics later, it will be a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool that only counts visits, and we will update this page first.

When you email us

If you write to hello@layerista.com, the message is forwarded to our inbox (hosted by Google) and we keep the conversation so we can reply. Ask us any time and we will delete it.

Accounts and payments

Layerista has no accounts or payments yet. Before we introduce them, we will update this page to explain exactly what is collected and why. We will only ever collect personal information (such as an email address) from people aged 18 or over.

Children

Layerista is a tool for grown-ups and businesses, and isn't directed at children. Children who want to design in 3D can use a dedicated free kids' tool with no data collection at all.

Your rights

Because we hold almost nothing about you, there is usually nothing to access or delete. Designs saved in your browser can be removed on the My designs page or by clearing your browser data. For anything else, contact us at hello@layerista.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
